U Store Facilities has two (2) locations in Texas. One is in Dallas County and the other in Navarro County. I started the business and built my first bUildings in 1972. I have been the owner and manager during its inception, expansion, and up to the current operation of the business.

Gerald Harmon, the owner of Recovery & Compliance Tax Services, has been assisting me with my tax valuation of both facilities since 2003. During this time, he has saved me literally thousands of dollars in tax payments.

Gerald has always contacted me in a timely manner in January when the new tax role proposals are mailed out by the various authorities. He has dealt with all the protests, meetings, and correspondence in a very professional manner. Upon adjustment of valuation, he has notified me of his success and the forthcoming tax amount as soon as it was established. Then in November, he approves and verifies the tax bills to guarantee their accuracy.

Every year, he has managed to get me a reduction in my proposed tax amounts. These figures have ranged from $1,714.00 one year to a high of $6,025.00 his first year of representing my company.

I would highly recommend Gerald and his company to any individual or company that feels they are paying too much in property taxes due the current valuation of their property.
