Fees

R&C Tax Services will structure our fees based upon your particular needs and services performed. This fee may be based upon performance, annual retainer, or a combination of the two.

Pricing is dependent on a number of factors including the assignment type, duration, and magnitude. Typically our fees are a combination of fixed fee retainers and recovery percentage.

Contingency Fee

This is the most common fee agreement used. Contingency is a performance-based fee expressed as a percentage of tax savings. Clients pay a percentage of the total tax savings achieved. This arrangment makes R&C Tax Services responsible for those savings. If there is no tax savings, there is no fee due under this arrangement.

Flat Fee

This fixed fee contract allows you to accurately budget your annual property tax management cost. Under this method, we will handle the entire property tax process at a set amount for the year. Keep in mind this fee does not give any regard to the tax savings.

Combination Fee Agreement

This fee is a combination of the contingency and the flat fee agreements. If there is no tax savings, there will be no contingency fee due under this arrangement.
