Visionary Industrial Insulation, (VII) was introduced to Gerald Harmon of Recovery & Compliance Tax Services, (R&C) in August of 2018. Facing potential prior-year Property Tax Liabilities (2014-2018), we engaged R&C to assess our position and the options available to the Company for remedy.

Over the past year, Gerald guided us through the process, coordinating an Appraisal and Valuation of our asssets which has not only been beneficial from a Tax perspective, but has allowed us to more accurately state the Company's Balance Sheet as we worked to refinance Debt and secure Growth Capital.

After the Appraisal and Valuation, R&C's subsequent efforts resulted in:

• 2018 and prior Tax Savings - $863,982
• 2019 Tax Savings - $80,311
